How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 10–20 business days, tracked door to door. We say it upfront because good things made far away take a moment — and no one likes surprises.
Will I pay customs or extra fees?

Inside the European Union, nothing extra on arrival — VAT is already in the price at checkout. For the UK, Norway and outside the EU, your local customs may charge import duty or VAT; that is set by your country and is not included in our price.
What if it isn't right?

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, per EU law. Write to contact@embervik.com and we'll sort the return.
How do I care for wood and wool?

Rinse woodware with warm water, never detergent, and let it dry away from the stove. Wool hats and felt mats just need airing — that's the whole routine.
