We follow EU consumer law, and where our policy is more generous, our policy applies.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email contact@embervik.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We confirm the return address and instructions within 1 business day.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, infusion concentrates and body-care products can only be returned unopened and sealed.

Return shipping

The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described — in those cases we cover return shipping or waive the return entirely.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned items, including original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the return (or of receiving proof of return shipment), using your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full — no return required in most cases.
