Track your order

Every order receives a tracking link by email as soon as it ships — usually within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder for a message from EMBERVIK. The subject line contains your order number.

Tracking not updating? Tracking can take 3–5 days to show first movement while the parcel is handed between carriers. This is normal for international shipments.

Still nothing? Email contact@embervik.com with your order number and we will locate your parcel within 1 business day. If an order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we resend it or refund you in full — your choice.
