Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT. The total price, including delivery, is displayed before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Order and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability — in that case any payment is refunded immediately and in full.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days from dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Inside the European Union there is nothing further to pay on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Norway, your local customs authority may charge import duty or local VAT; these charges are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are payable by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described in detail in our Refund Policy.

Statutory warranty

EU consumers benefit from a statutory conformity guarantee of at least two years. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund.

Product information and safety

Please read the product descriptions and care instructions before use. Wooden and textile sauna accessories are intended for use as described on the product page. Follow the dilution and usage instructions on infusion products.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
