Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at this store, operated by EMBERVIK, Astrów 59/2, 05-500 Nowa Wola, Poland.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Made-to-order items: some products — such as our cork sauna mats and seat pads, which we make by hand in small batches from Portuguese cork and selected fabrics — may need an additional 2–4 business days before dispatch. This is always noted on the product page.

Delivery times

Standard delivery: 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. Some products ship directly from partner warehouses outside the European Union; the estimate above already includes this. Delivery estimates for each destination are shown at checkout.

Where we deliver

Across the European Union, and to the United Kingdom and Norway. Available destinations, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Costs, taxes and customs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment, and all prices include VAT.

Inside the European Union there is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives — no customs charges apply between EU countries.

Outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom and Norway — your local customs authority may charge import duty or local VAT on arrival. These charges are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are payable by the recipient. We declare every parcel honestly and at its real value.

Split shipments

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at contact@embervik.com and we will locate the parcel, resend it, or refund you in full — your choice.

Address errors

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
